I’m Rambod Rohani, the founder of this platform, and I created RambodFit to bring together my passion for sports, fitness, and helping others. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science and Physical Education, as well as a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Physiology, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding the best ways to enhance human performance, health, and well-being.
Over the past four years, I’ve been coaching at Meshkat Gym, working with individuals of all fitness levels—from athletes striving to improve performance to beginners looking to start their journey. This experience has taught me that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all; it requires a personal, well-rounded approach.
